Public and private transport

Imagine that you are waiting at the bus stop after a hard day accompanied by the yelling of your boss... the bus is late and you are getting more nervous and nervous... then the bus arrives from nowhere and it stops some meters far from the right stop and it is full of people... at the same time, another one (almost empty) arrives and you are confused! "which one should I choose? ... "
In the meanwhile they both go away without you... :( and you wait.. and you wait...and you wait... for the next one half an hour at least!

After some months of this everyday experience you decide to buy a bicycle but after you have bought it you discover that a safari in Africa would be less dangerous than riding it through a crazy traffic... so you decide to become part of the traffic and you... buy a car! ...

In this way roads are crowded with cars and with drivers who are nervous and stressed... and polluting...

This is how we live in BULITALAT

Intro

Hi everybody, this blog was created in order to analyze some problems which are common to three EU countries - Bulgaria, Italy and Latvia (which also refer to the name of our blog - bul for Bulgaria, it for Italy and lat for Latvia). We are three youngsters from these countries and we met in Denmark on a seminar called "Healthy environment: A fundamental human right".

During the discussions, we found out that beside the environmental problems we have also others in common in our countries. This blog is open to your comments and suggestions: feel free to add or to write your opinions about the subject.

Greetings,

Bulitalat
